Just learned that Sour Clover is also referred to as Wood Sorrel, from the genus Oxalis.
This plant is also sometimes referred to as false-shamrock, since it looks like a 4-leaf-clover with 3 heart-shaped leaves. It grows as a "weed" all over the Northeast, and I'd imagine beyond. Delicious snack, and nice addition to salads. Free for the taking!
Happy foraging!

I would like to try this in a salad. What combination of goodies (in addition to the sour clover ofcourse) would you recommend for a salad?
